BILLY JOEL, 75, falls over on stage during concert!
Rock legend BILLY JOEL, 75, was seen falling on stage during a performance at the Mohegan Sun resort during his concert on February 22, 2025.
After singing his hit, 'It's Still Rock and Roll to Me', he twirled the microphone stand and threw it across the stage (to one of his stage hands) and loses his balance falling on his hip. Despite being "visibly thrown off', he managed to finish his show. A concert-goer said, 'He looked frail hobbling across the stage'.
