> Christiano's Italian restaurant, often cited as the inspiration for BILLY JOEL's "Scenes From an Italian Restaurant", had been slated for closing after being bought by the Singh Hospitality Group earlier this year. But that has been put off until sometime next year, while the company is focusing on other projects for the present. This means that the Christiano's crew, menu and BILLY JOEL memorabilia collection will remain as is, at least for now.
