BILLY JOEL paid tribute to the victims of the Manchester bombing during his Madison Square Garden concert Thursday night (5/25/17). BILLY JOEL told the crowd, ''I'm glad to see you weren't terrorized, you came... If they can't terrorize you, they lose''. The 'Piano Man' then played a cover of The Beatles, 'A Day in The Life' and dedicated it to the victims, with an image of the Union Jack billowing behind him. Later in the show, JOEL invited about 20 sailors, in town for Fleet Week, on stage to help him perform 'Goodnight Saigon'.
