A couple of weeks ago, BILLY JOEL purchased a $3.5 million five acre horse ranch for his skilled equestion wife, Alexis Roderick, in Wellington, Florida. In 2016 BILLY JOEL bought a $3.6 million, also a five acre piece of land, adjacent to this property. Insiders say he's investing in property in this celebrity-filled equestrian town for his wife. The married couple have recently been spotted at an equestrian event at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.
